Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional property services contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They have a vacancy for an electrical contracts manager to cover the HP and surrounding areas looking after a team of domestic electricians working within housing association properties.
The Role:
1. Reporting directly to the Operations Director
2. Signing off EICR's
3. Supervision and technical support
4. Monitor and manage electricians' daily workload
5. Toolbox talks
6. Internal safety auditing
7. Enforcing company policies and procedures
8. Liaising with the client and attending client meetings
Requirements:
1. 2 years’ experience within a managerial role ideally within the local authority sector
2. Strong technical skills
3. 2391 or 1394/5 electrical testing and inspection qualifications
4. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving
5. Full UK Driving Licence
The Package:
1. 40 hours per week
2. Company car, fuel card, and equipment provided
3. Salary: £46,800 per annum
4. 20 days holiday (excl. bank holidays)
5. Pension Scheme
