Job Purpose: As part of the Quality Control (QC) team, you will be responsible for the routine testing and analysis of raw materials, development batches and manufacturing batches according to defined procedures both in the laboratory and at clinics to support product release and post market surveillance. Scope of the role: Integral part of the Quality Control team where we ensure the integrity of our products by testing raw materials and manufacturing batches in accordance with the required quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Preparation of spiking solutions, buffers, and reference reagents. Testing raw materials for compliance to specifications. Data recording and analysis. Testing strip batches using calibrators, spiked and clinical blood samples. Attendance at clinical sites for data collection Use and maintenance of general laboratory and reference equipment. Communicate and collaborate with other QC team members, Strip Production, Quality Assurance and Engineering. Essential Experience: Background in Science Experience of working in a QC environment Hands-on experience of using Microsoft Office LumiraDx place a high level of importance on its responsibilities for information security and privacy and have put in place an information security management system to ensure that the company and its staff maintain the highest standards with respect to data protection and information security.
