Office Manager / Administrator - Alternative Provision School (Hatfield, Hertfordshire) Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire (with occasional travel to other local sites) Start Date: April 22nd Our client school is a small Alternative Provision based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for children who have been excluded from other schools. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / Administrator with School Admin Experience to oversee data, admissions, and attendance (using Arbor) and ensure the smooth running of the school office. Key Responsibilities: Managing student data, admissions, and attendance processes Overseeing office operations and administration Supporting student inductions/onboarding Taking minutes in meetings and providing administrative support Working closely with staff to ensure compliance and efficiency Potential travel to our Academy's other two local sites What We're Looking For: Confident Office Manager with recent experience. Experience in school administration (preferably using Arbor) Strong organisational and communication skills A driver with access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential) Training & Development: Our client school in Hatfield, Hertfordshire will provide a full induction day with intensive training and offers a range of CPD and training opportunities, including: First Aid Census Training Prevent Cyber Security Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) Candidates who already have training and experience in these areas will have an advantage.
