The Role:
The Campaign Manager is an integral part of Team Telemarketing. You will be responsible for being the 'bridge' between clients and the sales floor, using your skills and expertise to encourage the Training Department to facilitate the targets for the clients, following KPIs that will be discussed and set alongside the Operations Director.

Responsibilities:
Daily:
1. Daily meetings with Trainer and Ops Director to review training documents and previous results to identify specific agents and/or campaigns that require targeted support.
2. Review Warms and Hots set up for each caller/Campaign for that day, ensuring a minimum of 15 calls are set up.
3. Floor Training/Elbow Coaching, completing relevant training documents with agents.
4. Group Sessions/Training, providing constructive feedback on call recordings.
5. Regular communication with clients, building strong relationships and monitoring campaign KPIs.
6. Assisting with listening to and scoring call recordings on Ring Sense to highlight training needs.
Weekly:
1. Onboarding of new clients, including an initial training session.
2. Weekly Meeting with the Operations Director for updates on all live campaigns.
3. Prepare and Present the Star of the Week award.
4. Maintain the Workplan/Work Schedule for campaigns.
5. Meet with Trainers to ensure a plan of action is agreed for the upcoming week.
Expectations:
1. Take full ownership of the 'Workplan' ensuring correct hours are implemented for clients.
2. Make timely adjustments to the workplan as needed.
3. Ensure all SLAs are followed according to clients' needs.
4. Equip the Training Department with necessary tools and guidance.
5. Flag any issues with campaigns to the Ops Director.
6. Follow all processes and documents for campaign management.
