Customer Team Member
Location: Centenary House, Regent Road, Morecambe, LA3 1QG
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, 6 month temporary contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (from 6am), afternoons, late evenings (until 10pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You will provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first by responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
* Work collaboratively to enhance everyone's day – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and compliant – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
* Help introduce new products and services – facilitate changes smoothly and share experiences with colleagues.
* Engage with your local community – participate in various activities and events!
