PPA Teacher
Location: Lincolnshire
Employment Type: Full-time, temporary
Salary: £31,650-£43,606 per annum (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at the point of registration)
Start Date: March 2025 ongoing
Vision for Education is looking to recruit an outstanding full-time KS1 PPA Teacher to join a happy and thriving city primary school in Lincoln from March 2025. This role would suit an outstanding teacher at the start of their career or a more experienced teacher looking for a new challenge. The school is looking for someone to fit with their ethos and culture, who is adaptable, flexible, and willing to get involved. This role would be covering classes across the whole school in KS1 during the class teacher's PPA time.

Requirements
The desired KS1 PPA Teacher will have:
1. Experience teaching KS1 (Key Stage One)
2. Comfort and confidence in teaching different ages
3. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
4. Strong behaviour management strategies
5. The ability to work effectively as part of a team
6. Excellent communication skills
