Recruitment Professionals is working on behalf of a long-established and well-regarded law firm with offices in Beaminster and Bridport to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor looking for flexibility, a supportive environment, and the chance to work in a beautiful part of Dorset.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
Sales and purchases
Freehold and leasehold transactions
Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Commercial conveyancing experience is desirable but not essential.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
Solid experience in residential conveyancing
Excellent communication and client care skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
Commercial property experience (advantageous)
