Find out more - wykefarms.com We are looking to recruit a Renewable Energy Plant Manager. About the role: At Wyke Farms we are committed to sustainable energy solutions. Our facilities include an anaerobic digestion plant, a water reuse plant, and solar arrays. We are looking for a dedicated Renewable Energy Plant Manager to lead our team and ensure the efficient operation of this plant. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the anaerobic digestion plant, water reuse plant, and solar arrays. Lead and manage a small team of operators. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards. Monitor and analyse plant performance data to optimise efficiency and output. Develop and implementation of procedures. Coordinate with the Renewable Energy Director to align plant operations with company goals. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions. Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and suppliers. Qualifications: Knowledge or Interest in Renewable Energy, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
