With distribution centres in both the UK and the Netherlands, Vyta Health employs a team of over 40 people. Our mission is to improve wellbeing across Europe by supplying high quality vitamins, supplements, and wellness products that meet our customers needs.
Vyta Health are looking for someone to join our E-Commerce Team and wish to appoint an E-Commerce Executive. This full-time job will be based in our Driffield, UK office.
Main Purpose of the Role:
To support the Ecommerce team in maximising the potential of all ecommerce channels through effective site management, campaign optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & Optimisation
* Manage day-to-day site activities, including product launches, promotions, and key content updates.
* Ensure web content and product listings are current, accurate, and optimised for SEO.
* Build optimised landing pages and bespoke customer journeys to support campaigns and trading initiatives.
* Analyse sales data to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
* Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms to maximise ROI.
* Oversee Google Merchant Centre, ensuring shopping feeds are correctly set up and optimised for performance.
* Develop targeted ad strategies tailored to audience segments in the UK and EU markets.
* Regularly monitor campaign performance, adjusting as needed to improve results.
* Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital advertising, paid media, and ecommerce strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
* Create insightful performance reports demonstrating account health and ROI for internal stakeholders.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across ecommerce channels and provide actionable recommendations.
* Report on customer behaviour, sales trends, and site performance to inform decision-making.
User Experience Optimisation
* Continuously assess and improve website usability, navigation, and overall customer journey.
* Collaborate with design and development teams to implement user-friendly features and enhancements.
* Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement, such as load times, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
* Leverage customer feedback, heatmaps, and analytics to make data-driven decisions for UX improvements.
* Test and optimise page layouts, calls-to-action, and checkout processes to reduce friction and increase conversions.
* Stay updated on UX trends and best practices to ensure the website remains competitive and engaging.
Stock & Merchandising
* Manage online stock availability and align merchandising strategies to maximise conversion rates.
* Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to ensure stock levels match promotional and seasonal trends.
Collaboration & Customer Support
* Assist Customer Services with resolving technical website queries.
* Work closely with marketing and procurement teams to align ecommerce activities with business objectives.
* Liaise with the Head of Marketing and other departments to execute campaigns and promotions seamlessly.
About you:
Experience:
* Some experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field (internships or entry-level roles count).
* Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
Technical Skills:
* Basic understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and/or Meta advertising.
* Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation.
* Familiarity with tools like Google Merchant Centre and product feed management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
