About you:
You will be qualified in or have property-related experience together with first class communication and IT skills to deliver a high level of customer service. You must have a high level of personal resilience to challenge and change working practices together with a can-do attitude and be able to travel to various sites as required. Experience in controlling and managing financial resources and knowledge of CDM, fire, gas, electric, asbestos and health & safety legislation are also essential.
About the role:
The role of Integrated Assets Contract Officer is a new position within the team to support delivery of the full reactive repairs and void works to the Council's housing stock, communal and environmental areas and to maximise the delivery outputs from the current Integrated Assets Contract. Your role will be to monitor contractor performance and manage the Contract as well as pro-actively driving service improvement.
About the team:
The Integrated Assets Contract Officer will work as part of the Response Repairs and Voids team within the Housing Assets Department. You will have direct liaison with our external contractors as well as internal managers and staff, council tenants and the public.
