We are looking for a nurse with excellent organisation & communication skills to work as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team, caring for patients with venous thromboembolism or requiring anticoagulation therapy.
The role includes assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care provided for a large group of patients on anticoagulants or with venous thrombosis in Northwest London, incorporating the ambulatory VTE outpatient service and management of peri-operative anticoagulant bridging within the Trust. Training will be provided for the specialist aspects of the role.The work setting will be out-patient and day-care within the Centre and other clinical areas between the hours of 8am and 5pmMondaytoFriday.
