Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Support Agents to join as part of a high-quality team working on several contracts emergency response. You will be working in a structured-orientated environment, focusing on delivering good outcomes for the general public. Any 5 days in 7 day shift – various start/ finish times. Must be flexible.

Role Responsibilities
* Supporting clients through inbound calls
* Dealing with clients queries regarding case information.
* Recording complaints and escalating to Case Handlers.
* Updating case information on systems.
* Dealing with adhoc case tasks as directed by the Quality Manager.
What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need
* Previous call handling experience with the ability to confidently speak to customers, resolving both simple queries and complex requests.
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* Able to work in a fast-paced administrative environment.
* Previous letter writing experience with the ability to adapt letter templates.
* Proactive attitude to learn new tasks and suggest changes to processes.
* Good time management skills.
Hourly pay rate
* £11.44 p/h
