We are looking for a Sub Agent to join our Natural Resources team based close to our sites across the Thames Valley region, due to the nature of work we require a strong skillset and experience within Tier 1 Water and Civils frameworks., As the Sub Agent you'll join Kier who are a strategic partner to Thames Water Capital Frameworks. This work is on their sewage treatment Waste Asset Assurance Programme (WAAP), delivering programmes of work within non-infrastructure schemes like upgrades to wastewater treatment works. This will be working on new and existing Infrastructure assets (below ground) and non-Infrastructure assets (above ground). Your day to day will include:
* Site Incident management and escalation within prescribed timescales, along with implementation and monitoring of SHE policies and procedures for both direct and supply chain workforce
* Plan and measure day to day work activities for effective utilisation of direct and supply chain resources to meet short-term and contract programme milestones
* Assistant with commercial forecasting on your schemes, ensuring robust control of actual costs, participate in forecast reviews, final cost & value review with commercial team
* Identify opportunities to increase value through effective change management, ensuring Instructions are received and processed to realise a change to Target Cost as applicable.

* Industry experience working in capital projects
* 5 Day - Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Certificate
* Hold full UK Driving Licence
