Salary: £54,793 – £60,326 depending on skills andexperience
What you will bedoing:
You willbe responsible for supporting the Programme Delivery Lead andProduct Owner to ensure that the team meets its shared objectives.In addition you willbe:
Planningwork using agileprocess Defining& developing systemrequirements Developingsystems architectures, capabilities, and conceptoptions Leadingstakeholder engagement through workshops and ad-hocevents Involvement in System Integration, Test,Evaluation & acceptancedefinition Guidingand influencing a diverse and highly skilled community ofspecialist engineers and teamleaders As aSenior C2I Engineer you will be able to lead a team of experiencedengineers Leadingdelivery of command & control and information across theenterprise
Your skills andexperiences:
Degreeeducated in a STEM discipline or equivalent relevantqualifications/experience
* Experienceof aircraft systems
* Experiencein use of one or more of the following frameworks: NAF, MODAF,TOGAF, ArchiMate andSysML
Experiencewith standard architectural modelling tools e.g., Model BasedSystem Engineering (MBSE), Sparx EA, MooD, CAMEO, Capella,Teamcenter Understanding of Requirements process andassociated tools, e.g., DOORS, Teamcenter, ArchiMate, TOGAF,Certification

The teamuses an agile work planning process to define system requirementsand develop systems architectures, capabilities and concept optionsfor the future combat air system. The C2Iteam leads the delivery of command & control and informationacross the enterprise. The team exploit all sources of informationusing resilient networking and communications to generate commonunderstanding across all domains andenvironments. The roleis a fantastic opportunity to broaden and develop your career andexperience and to support customers/stakeholders and senior rolesacross the Business. The role will support and report to the C2IProduct Owner. The role aims to provide a broad understanding ofour Engineering activities. The role offers the opportunity to workacross many of the Business functions and engineering disciplinesthat are necessary to define requirements, design, develop, testand evaluate our C2I capabilities, technologies and future ways ofworking.
