Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrd working)

Role Overview:
The Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Portfolio Lead will oversee and manage the I&O portfolio from ideation through to delivery and benefits realisation. The I&O Portfolio Lead will move potential projects through the stages while responding to requests for I&O delivery from other areas of the business.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
1. Developing and managing the I&O project portfolio, ensuring alignment with IT and business objectives/priorities
2. Continuously reviewing the project portfolio to ensure it meets organisational needs and is optimised for value and efficiency
3. Leading cross-functional teams responsible for delivery of infrastructure and cloud-based projects
4. Working with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements; translating them into actionable project plans
5. Providing governance and oversight of projects/small programmes to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frame, scope and budget
Your previous experience is likely to include….
6. Planning and delivering large, complex projects and portfolios including cloud computing, connectivity and infrastructure (servers, storage and identity)
7. Portfolio management, including portfolio assurance and governance
8. Matrix management and managing cross-functional teams
9. Project management methodologies, Agile and Waterfall
10. Change management
