A fantastic new opening for an International Working Capital Assistant to join our growing team in Sheffield. About the role This role will be key in supporting our UK, CEE and International revenue teams with their Working Capital requirements. You can expect to get involved in a variety of work including: Monitor, respond and/or escalate queries received in shared mailbox for both International and CEE regions Provide detailed client/matter reporting on request in respect of (but not restricted to) time worked, billings, cash collection, outstanding debt, working at risk & Lock-up Liaise with senior team members and CDD to progress matters "in progress" enabling billing at month end Run ad hoc proformas when requested Advise and assist International teams on proforma amendments and best practice Provide guidance and technical support in respect of processing proformas within online billing tool and 3E Complete ad-hoc billing requests and re-issues during busy periods Work with billing, e-billing and international revenue teams to resolve billing / E-Billing queries Work with International finance teams to ensure all client requirements are adhered to (Budgets, PO's, references) Assist in debt review & escalation where necessary Update ARCS action notes from debt meetings when required Assist with progressing bad debt via our recoveries team and keep senior stakeholders informed Liaise with International finance teams with regards to missing time Escalate all billing/collections queries to senior team members if/when required Recap and provide copy invoices on request Review dispatch dates/details provided by International revenue teams to ensure adherence to firm policy and update ARCS where required Assist with projects and process improvements when requested Ad hoc billing/re-issuing when required About you We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one.
