The Pay and Pensions Manager – Project Support will play a critical role in assistant managing and overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll and pensions for the University. This role will support the Head of Pay and Pensions by taking on key responsibilities during a period of change and transformation for the HROSDS directorate enhancement project. The post is therefore available for 2 years in support of this work.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legislative changes, provide expert advice, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
Proven experience of delivering a full end-to-end payroll service in a complex organisation is essential and experience of using ResourceLink or another integrated HR/Payroll system would be advantageous.
