Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a vital part of our team, playing a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your focus will be on providing a seamless experience, supporting the sales process, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and communications with empathy and professionalism.

Preferred Skills & Qualities:
1. Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is helpful.
