We are looking for an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager who wants to manage their own business area including P&L and take direct control of their team, client relationships and results, as well as H&S including COSHH, BICS, IOSH. * £32k basic

Main Responsibilities of a Contracts Manager
1. Contract/Site Management with 40-50 cleaning staff
2. The Contracts Manager will ensure the cleaning service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to.
3. Regular client liaison: plan and implement a visitation programme to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction in all contracts, via the Quality Service Level Indicator/ECAT procedure.
