Sales Executive
Our Sales Executives help customers find their forever home and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process. You would need to demonstrate excellent communication skills to enable you to build rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements, along with product demonstration and closing skills.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be expected to:
1. Demonstrate comprehensive local knowledge including amenities, schools, transport links and competitors.
2. Have a thorough understanding of our product and pricing.
3. Effective lead follow-up skills to convert enquiries to site visits.
4. Achieve sales targets in line with business requirements.
You must be:
1. Resilient and driven to achieve personal and organisational targets.
2. Able to remain calm and controlled under pressure.
3. Keep up to date with new thinking including legislation, economic conditions and technology.
4. Communicates and negotiates persuasively - capable of influencing others assertively, building rapport with customers.
5. Embrace change and explore new ways of working to help the continuous growth of the sales operation.
6. Able to build relationships internally and externally.
7. Self-motivated and work effectively and efficiently without direct management.
8. IT literate.
9. Flexible with working pattern, must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
10. Flexible with travel, sometimes at short notice.
11. Holds a full driving license and has use of a vehicle for business travel.
