Graduate Manufacturing Management Trainee

Job Description

* Preparation of monthly production plans
* Monitor performance versus production plans
* Supervision of production performance
* Calculation of appropriate stock holding levels
* Work closely with HR to support the training, development, and appraisal of production-based supervision
* Provide assistance to production-based supervision in optimising performance
* Identify, champion and execute improvement opportunities
* Support supply chain management
* Liaise with the Sales function to support KPIs in respect of service delivery
* ERP Super-user
* Participate in new employee inductions and training
* Support effective H&S practices
