Administration Assistant required for an immediate start working in Craigavon Area Hospital. This is a temporary position for initially 6 months and the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the surgical and outpatients services as a Victim Payment Board Request Coordinator.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a pay rate of £11.67 per hour.
The main duties will include:
* Undertaking routine administrative duties, including filing, making appointments, maintaining diaries, distributing incoming mail and personally dealing with routine items, receiving telephone calls.
* Attend meetings at the request of the Team Manager
* Taking minutes, typing and distribution, for example, ensuring a quality service is delivered for the provision of records in accordance with Data Protection.

o 4 GCSE’s all grade C or above to include English
o 1 year administration experience
