About the Role
To raise standards of pupil attainment and achievement within the science faculty. In consultation with the Headteacher undertake other identified areas of responsibility as necessary to ensure effective delivery of the school's curriculum
Your Responsibilities
1. To be active in developing the science faculty curriculum. Ensure the range of subjects and qualifications are regularly reviewed in response to national developments and the needs of the school and students
2. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible

Requirements
QTS or equivalent Experience of working with pupils with SEN, particularly ASC (highly desirable) Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour (highly desirable)
