Senior Service Coordinator Wanted!
Our client, a specialist in air conditioning, is currently recruiting for a Senior Service Coordinator to join their expanding and forward-thinking team. The Senior Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling engineers and ensuring service level agreements are being met.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Service Coordinator
1. Oversee the effective administration of the Service calendar, ensuring that the Service Coordinator books and allocates works in an efficient and logistical manner.
2. Act as the dedicated account manager for allocated sites, scheduling proactive maintenance visits, remedial works, and call outs as appropriate.
3. Provide proactive feedback to allocated sites, advising on recommended upgrade works to extend the life and improve efficiency of their system.
4. Attend reactive client calls and meetings as required.
5. Proactively arrange key account check-ins and proactive reporting on the status of contracts and outstanding works while building relationships with stakeholders.
6. Process quotations, invoices, and purchase orders using the company accounts software.
7. Quality check engineering reports following attendance to allocated sites, issuing copies to clients promptly.
8. Track contract billing on the Maintenance balance sheet ensuring renewals are managed 90 days prior to expiration.
Key Experience for the Senior Service Coordinator
1. Coordination or scheduling experience within either HVAC sector, Facilities Maintenance, or Contract management in small works engineering is required.
2. Experience dealing with a range of stakeholders with a diplomatic and professional approach.
3. Strong attention to detail to check reports, produce invoices, and quotes.
4. Strong IT skills and experience of using accounting software is preferable.
