Job Description - Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper
Pay rate: £13.50
The role of the Accounts Administrator is vital for the successful performance of the Company. You will report directly to the General Manager / Director. You should be conversant with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as SAGE accounting software and SAGE payroll.
Minimum Requirements:
Ideal applicants should have at least 3 years of current experience using SAGE on a daily basis.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Administer the Sales Ledger using SAGE
2. Administer the Purchase Ledger using SAGE
3. Administer Credit Control using SAGE
4. Administer Payroll using SAGE PAYROLL
5. Administer data entry to HMRC website
6. Administer data entry to Peoples Pension via website
7. Administer the daily reconciliation of bank statements
8. Administer general account duties
9. Assist in day-to-day work order processes
10. Ensure that all communications, correspondence, filing, and information requirements are dealt with in a timely fashion
