Job Description
We are building a digital hub at our global HQ and distribution centre in Shirebrook, focusing on digital trading within our group.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful digital trading team managing established digital websites. If you are passionate about digital trading and eager to develop and own digital trading strategies, this is your chance to contribute to the growth of the Frasers Group Customer Team.
Reporting to a Trading Manager, you will drive sales through strategic planning and execution of campaigns, brands, and promotions. You will lead cross-functional projects to enhance sales and digital KPIs and ensure optimal use of our platforms as a systems and tooling expert.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily trading and website execution under the guidance of the Trading Manager.
* Report and analyze trade data to meet sales and contribution targets.
* Oversee weekly content updates, campaigns, and promotions.
* Manage critical paths for campaign activities and coordinate upcoming initiatives.
* Communicate strategies to marketing and optimization teams.
* Serve as super-user for digital trading tools, train team members, and contribute to tool improvements.
* Lead digital trading projects and collaborate with stakeholders on content development to boost SEO and engagement.
* Improve product content and resolve issues to optimize sales.
People Management
* Demonstrate leadership and manage people effectively.
* Set objectives, goals, and development plans for team members.
* Build a motivated team aligned with digital strategy.
* Represent the Digital Trading Team and ensure KPIs are understood and achievable.
Qualifications
* Valid UK work rights.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel.
* Experience managing Trading Assistants and working within e-commerce platforms.
* Proven ability to drive sales improvements.
* Self-motivated and proactive with 3-4 years in a similar digital retail role.
