We are looking for an IT Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to join Coombe Wood School and become an integral member of the IT team. Greenshaw Learning Trust is a highly successful multi academy trust that provides excellent quality, comprehensive and inclusive education through primary schools and secondary schools. Main responsibilities:
1. Provide high quality customer service to staff, students, and school stakeholders.
2. Provide high quality technical support to staff, students, and school stakeholders.
3. Assist with ensuring the security, care, and availability of the school's IT infrastructure.
4. Monitor and maintain fittings and equipment through planned maintenance.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least GCSE or equivalent, including Grade C or higher in Maths/English.
2. Evidence of commitment to CPD.
3. Experience in IT Operating Systems.
4. Extensive experience in the relevant area.
