This will involve the monitoring and evaluating the response to treatment through analysis and interpretation of clinical tests and investigations.
4. Conduct Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments when required.
5. Conduct advanced health assessments and clinical examination of patients with highly complex presentations and make clinical decisions and independent clinical diagnosis based on these assessments.
6. Communicate very complex, sensitive or contentious information to ensure that patients are fully informed and consent to treatment plans, this might include having sensitive discussions regarding Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Advanced Care Planning, life limiting diagnosis and end of life discussions.
