About the Opportunity
Nicholas Associates Group is a leading company in the industrial pump sector, and we are seeking a talented Diaphragm Pump Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the UK.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical industrial pumps and a proven track record of success in business development. Your primary focus will be on leading the growth and profitability of our diaphragm pump product range by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a sales strategy to expand our market share in the UK.
* Cultivate relationships with key accounts, OEMs, wholesalers, and system integrators.
* Define and manage annual sales and account plans, including budgeting and tracking their alignment with our broader business strategy.
* Drive prospecting, project development, and sales activity.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the technical industrial pump market, ideally in fluid handling technology.
* Established network within key industries such as battery production, solar/PV, semiconductors, nitrogen, chemicals, electroplating, and ceramics.
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
