Our client is looking for a temporary ongoing administrator for their busy office function
Key Responsibilities - Office Administrator
General office administration
Processing Web Orders
SDN's, Booking Couriers, Despatch Labels, Tooles Labels,
Taking card payments
Updating Sales Quote log
Chasing Quotes
Proof of Export Documentation
Booking Courier Collection from Customer and Suppliers as required
Chasing Suppliers
Updating Customers regarding any changes in delivery dates
Any general customer communication as required by other staff
Filing and Scanning
Making tea and Coffee for visitors
Keeping Office tidy
Ordering Stationery
Qualifications & Requirements - Office administrator
Previous administration experience
Excellent communicator
Good organisational skills
The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent phone manner
Reliable with a great work ethic
