The right Maintenance Shift Managerwill support the maintenance shift teamwithin a site-based environment while leading a team consisting of a shift leader, skilled maintenance engineers, and maintenance assistants.
Maintenance Shift Manager
Manage the shift team in day-to-day activities
Lead while managing customer expectations
Ensure that all the site equipment and machinery are maintained, and repaired within the agreed scope
Ensuring delivery to always achieve KPI targets
Undertake AMHE equipment servicing to the quality standards and time schedules set
Compliance with Health & Safety legislation always
Always looking for continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
Ensure spares are kept to the levels required
Fully interact with other engineering team leaders to ensure consistency across shifts while sharing best practices.
The successful Maintenance Shift Managerwill have previous experience within an electrical/mechanical site-based engineering, automation, or manufacturing environment.
ONC, HNC, HND, BSC OR MSC in engineering
Understanding of PLC equipment
