Imagine building relationships that turn potentially disruptive works into positive experiences, while developing your expertise in customer service as part of one of the UK's largest social housing retrofit programmes. What you'll be doing Be the trusted face of Curo's Warm Homes programme, building positive relationships with residents throughout their retrofit journey Work alongside our technical team to help residents understand the purpose and benefits of energy efficiency improvements Create and deliver engaging communications through newsletters, meetings, home visits, and open days that keep residents informed Provide exceptional customer care before, during, and after installation works, ensuring resident needs are always prioritised Proactively address concerns and quickly resolve any issues that arise, maintaining high satisfaction throughout the retrofit process Coordinate between residents, contractors, and our technical team to ensure smooth delivery of complex installation works What you'll get in return Beyond a salary of £36,750 and the chance to make a real difference every day, you’ll get: 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years Your birthday off as an extra holiday Up to 10% matched pension contribution Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home) Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your own wellbeing. More about you You're an experienced customer service professional with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people. Whether you're currently in social housing, customer support, or another service role, you understand the importance of building trust with residents during periods of change in their homes. Your ability to explain complex information simply, handle difficult conversations diplomatically, and maintain a positive approach even during challenging situations makes you perfect for this role. You're organised and methodical, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Most importantly, you're passionate about ensuring everyone has access to warm, efficient homes.
