Job summary The Dorset MSK administration team is currently looking to recruit a receptionist administrator to work 24 hours per week. The role includes dealing with a range of telephone queries, covering reception, arranging appointments on SystmOne, managing patient correspondence, data inputting and problem solving.You will need to be highly organized with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering a customer focused service. This is a very busy department and you will be required to effectively manage multiple and diverse work streams. The role will also require travelling to the Prince of Wales Surgery (Frederick Treves House) as and when required to cover reception. Main duties of the job Covering Reception meet and greet patients, answering telephones, data inputting, downloading worklists from ERS, To complete clerical and administrative tasks as directed by the line manager which may include the following duties. Reception duties. Arranging patient appointments. Dealing with telephone enquiries. To assist and direct visitors as required. Downloading ERS Expedite Letters Ordering stationery.
