About the Role:
In this multifaceted role, you will oversee daily care operations while spearheading business development initiatives, including tendering and contract acquisition, to expand our services and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of care services, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and exceptional client satisfaction.
* Lead business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and managing tender submissions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and other key stakeholders to drive service quality and reputation.
* Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial performance aligns with business goals.
* Local Authority relationship management
Requirements:
* Qualifications: QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a care management role, with proven experience in business development and liaison with local authority.
* Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to grow and sustain high-quality care services.
