About the Role: In this multifaceted role, you will oversee daily care operations while spearheading business development initiatives, including tendering and contract acquisition, to expand our services and impact. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of care services, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and exceptional client satisfaction. Lead business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and managing tender submissions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and other key stakeholders to drive service quality and reputation. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial performance aligns with business goals. Local Authority relationship management Requirements: Qualifications: QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a care management role, with proven experience in business development and liaison with local authority. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to grow and sustain high-quality care services.
