What Your Role will involve:
1. Working within the team to deliver excellent product quality.
2. Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
3. Day to day running of a different section for up to 150 covers daily.
4. Closely following the menu specifications to ensure consistency of dishes.
5. Supervise junior members of the team.
6. Put forward any exciting ideas that may be implemented in increasing efficiency of the kitchen.
7. Contributing to the control of food costs.
8. Ensuring excellent Environmental Health and Food Hygiene standards are maintained.
As the ideal Chef de Partie you must have:
1. A flexible attitude and keen desire to learn.
2. Previous similar experience working in a busy kitchen using freshly sourced produce.
3. Great time keeping and reliability.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Worked within medium hotels with banqueting operations and restaurants.
6. Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks accurately.
7. Food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications.
8. Willingness to learn and develop alongside the team.
