Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist based at our VW dealership in Evesham.
The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and working a Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Excellent basic salary, with OTE up to £32,000 plus benefits.
This is a predominantly an outbound calling role and requires occasionally helping the service department.
Role and Responsibilities
* Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
* Accurate data inputting of customer details
* Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
* Improve and drive lead conversions
* Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
* Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
* Adhering to brand standards

5. Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
6. Competent using Microsoft Office
7. Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
