Job Title: Sales/Support Advisor
As a Sales/Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and ensuring full customer satisfaction with good business acumen. Your responsibilities include:
1. Handling customer enquiries, answering questions over the phone or online.
2. Providing support and a comprehensive service to customers.
3. Investigating queries to bring them to resolution.
4. Assisting with sales enquiries, contributing to the Sales team.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven customer service experience; sales training will be provided.
* Excellent communication skills, with exceptional grammar.
* Ability to use various software packages.
* Attention to detail with consistency.
* Able to multitask.
* Follow company policies and procedures.
Education:
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics essential.
* A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
Experience:
* Customer Service: 2 years (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent; Part-time, Permanent.
Salary: £11.00-£11.44 per hour, dependant on experience.
Expected hours: 20 per week.
