General Auxiliary Worker -Bradley Rehabilitation Centre
Salary - £24,294 - £25,979 pro rata (grade 4)

At Bradley Reablement Service, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care and provision to our residents.
We are currently seeking a sympathetic and motivated General Auxiliary Worker to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
As part of the wider team, you will be rostered to provide specific general auxiliary duties, including:
* Day-to-day provision of quality catering, giving consideration to personal dietary requirements.
* Assisting in maintaining the building in a clean and healthy state.
* Carrying out laundry duties.
Ensuring all activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with Health and Safety requirements. This is a permanent role, shift-based, working 5 days out of 7, totaling 20 hours per week.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* NVQ Level 1 in domestic duties or equivalent
* Food Hygiene Certificate
* Training in moving and handling inanimate objects
* Knowledge of the safe operation of electrical appliances
* Experience of working in a social care environment in a domestic role
* Ability to use cleaning and laundry equipment
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Willingness to undergo a 12-week on-the-job induction and complete all mandatory training.
