Administration Assistant to support the Property & Facilities Manager with day-to-day operations and to provide ad-hoc support to the office-based team. Also to provide occasional reception cover. Requires a strong all-rounder with good organisation skills, a methodical approach, and the ability to communicate across a variety of levels.
Responsibilities:
1. Calendar management
2. Scheduling appointments
3. Filing various documents and maintaining databases
4. Creating filing systems
5. Updating spreadsheets and other data entry tasks
6. Storing sensitive information correctly
7. Maintaining office documentation
8. Answering phone calls and emails
9. Communicating with all levels of staff and contractors
10. Processing facilities service desk calls
11. Written communication such as emails and other documents
12. Ad-hoc duties to include Reception/Switchboard/Front of House operations and post/courier distribution
13. IT skills to include Microsoft suite including Excel, and 'Teams'
This role is based on-site at Hemel Hempstead. Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Initially for 6 Months. Immediate Interviews, Start ASAP. Inside IR35 (PAYE).
