Media Production Supervisor

Objectives of this Role
1. Review and improve organizational effectiveness, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement.
2. Uphold standards of excellence and quality.
3. Monitor systems to ensure compliance.
4. Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals, ensuring their completion while accomplishing your own goals.
2. Allocate work and monitor efficiency.
3. On-board and train employees to maintain business objectives.
4. Maintain timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time.
5. Implement budgetary allocations.
6. Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
7. Resolve client conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all those involved.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven experience in overseeing teams of hybrid based workers.
2. Strong decision-making capabilities.
3. Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
4. Ability to motivate, lead and hold employees to account.
5. Have a strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
1. A degree in Business Management or a related field.
2. Previous performance evaluation experience.
3. Working knowledge of HR processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
