In your role as Packaging Artwork Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the packaging artwork life-cycle for new and existing products and markets with Local/Global Regulatory Affairs, Alliance Partners, print suppliers and the wider Wrexham site. You will be tasked with ensuring the delivery of compliant artwork to agreed timelines in the most cost-effective manner for all products manufactured at Wrexham in alignment with the site capabilities. Key responsibilities… Develop, track and control all aspects of packaging artwork life cycle including proofs and print specifications Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs to identify artwork requirements, using GLAMS system-Identify and communicate timelines, critical paths and key responsibilities for each PPR to ensure the compliant, timely and cost-effective approval of packaging artwork implementations/changes Inspect, verify and ensure all artwork is proofread before and after artwork transfer Coordinate and collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, local Ipsen contacts and Alliance Partners to ensure compliant artwork is generated and all needs are met-Ensure all artwork is approved prior to use by all identified parties Monitor and report adherence to critical paths and project timelines.-Monitor and input into Supplier performance in conjunction with Purchasing.
