The successful candidate will have QTS and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of SEN students. SEN Teacher Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized education plans for SEN students
* Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of SEN students
* Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a supportive learning environment
* Monitor and assess student progress, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and support needs
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience teaching SEN students across Primary and Secondary schools
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Day-to-day The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support to SEN students, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students. Benefits
