Your Mission:
* Lead & supervise a skilled team of engineers
* Oversee maintenance & repairs to keep the fleet reliable
* Diagnose & troubleshoot technical issues with precision
* Ensure high safety & compliance standards
* Support & mentor engineers, helping them level up their skills
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Engineer – Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in PSV/HGV Maintenance
* Experience in HGV, PSV, or LCV maintenance
* Diagnostic & fault-finding expertise
* Leadership skills – ready to manage a team!
* PSV Licence? Bonus! But not a dealbreaker
