Position: Part Time Stock Control and Administration Manager

Our mission is to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service to our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part Time Stock Control and Administration Manager.
Position Overview:
As a Part Time Stock Control and Administration Manager, you will be responsible for accurately managing our day to day bookkeeping as well as ensuring quality reporting of financial information. This position will require you to work a varying number of hours per week, based on the business requirements. Typically, the role will require between 5 and 10 hours per week across different days.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial control and management
2. Maintain cashflow management
3. Day to day bookkeeping and reconciling
4. Providing regular management information reports
5. Tracking performance vs budget
6. In charge of monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of products/SKUs
7. Liaising directly with our 3PL and Manufacturing team to ensure stock levels are maintained
8. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accuracy of inventory records
9. Oversee and manage our WMS (warehouse management system)
10. Place orders for new products as needed and manage deliveries with suppliers in the UK, China, and Turkey
11. Administer correct paperwork for all aspects of stock and manufacturing production
12. Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for stock levels accordingly
13. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure SKU rationalisation
14. Assist with the creation of purchase orders and invoices, as well as managing inbound purchase orders through to delivery
15. Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
1. ACA / ACCA / ACMA / CIMA Qualified
2. 3+ years financial control experience
3. 1+ years of experience in stock control or inventory management
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Ability to work independently and in a team setting
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite Business and basic math skills
8. Knowledge of warehouse/inventory management software is a plus
9. Customer service and administration experience is a plus
