A Primary alternative provision in Sheffield is looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis with daily learning and behavior. The right candidate will need to be confident with de-escalation strategies, tough, and know how to handle challenging behaviors. Resilience and hard work are a must. An outdoors/sports/activity coordinator background would also be great, as this role entails a lot of outdoor activities. You must be available to work between the hours of 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
