We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, ensuring smooth transactions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transfers, providing expert advice, and negotiating terms to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion.
* Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
* Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to secure favourable outcomes.
* Provide clear and concise advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations in the conveyancing process.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.
* Stay updated on changes in property law and conveyancing regulations.

* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* Proficient understanding of property law and conveyancing practices.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant technology.
