Working for a lovely friendly team for one of our Clients based in BS37. Hours are 08:30-5pm with a 4pm frinish on a Friday We currently have a vacancy for a coordinator, working mainly for our Customer Care/Quality Assurance and Build Departments. You will be working alongside our Office Manager when required and reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager. The successful candidate will be: • Positive, with a problem solving attitude • Highly organised • Able to work using their own initiative • Have attention to detail • An excellent all-round communicator • Conversant with Microsoft Office 365 • Able to work in a small team environment and have a good sense of humour. The Job role: • Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with customer care enquiries/issues to completion within an acceptable timeframe • Liaising directly with customers by email and phone • Data entry • Diary management for quality assurance team • Liaising with contractors/suppliers • Raising purchase orders/contra charges • General office administration duties • Phone and lunch break cover We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, and a friendly, collegial working environment
