Job Description
Key responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls and emails from customers with empathy and professionalism.
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries.
* A focus on optimising supporter retention and engagement.
* Log all customer interactions in the system for future reference.
* Work closely with colleagues to resolve any customer issues that arise.
* Provide feedback to management on customer needs and trends.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
* Uphold the values and mission of the organisation in all interactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Agent should have:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role, ideally within fundraising.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think on their feet.
* Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
