The Orals Tablet Packaging Night Shift Team Leader has responsibility for the packaging and supporting processes and associated decisions to ensure delivery of customer service and schedule adherence whilst maintaining quality and safety standards for the area of their responsibility. Ensure the production facility is effectively run, meeting all of the required GMP, Safety & regulatory standards. Management of the production and appropriate teams to include training and development, resource management and control, performance reviews, performance management, employee reward and recognition. Responsible for developing short and long term plans to support delivery of the Value Stream / Function strategy and vision in the form of project activity, solutions and improvements to processes and ways of working. Ensure all aspects of housekeeping in the workplace are maintained, ensuring environment is safe and compliant. Undertake root cause analysis using OE tools and implement preventative actions. Why you? Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Degree, A levels or GCSE’s grades A-C (maths and English), internal psychometric metric evaluation for capability. Experience working within a production or support role, minimum OE Advocate in Lean Sigma. Communication skills at all levels both written and verbal. SAP knowledge. Knowledge of audit processes, preparation and requirements. Knowledge of site HR processes and systems. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: OE foundation understanding (green belt training preferred) Access to MERP, Veeva, Deviation and Change Control training About Worthing Manufacturing Site: Manufacturing at the Worthing site is for antibiotics.
