Are you ready to be a key member of our Water team, driving growth, innovation and sustainability in the UK Water Sector?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and innovative team. Your role will involve working with colleagues in the Egis Water team and collaborating with peers across all disciplines to help us build and deliver models to clients and to develop existing and new relationships with clients.
Provide technical and expert advice to clients, manage and deliver projects
Support business development opportunities, contribution to tenders and proposals,
Showcase Egis technical capability and project experience.
BSc/Eng or MSc/Eng in Civil, Water or Environmental Engineering disciplines
Demonstrable client, contractor or consultancy experience in UK Water Sector
Python, Ruby etc) advantageous
Knowledge of working with integrated models (network/open channel/surface) and modelling to support DAPs
Good understanding of hydrological assessment and analysis
Flood risk modelling, assessments and mapping
Interest in and knowledge of water quality models, which could include physio-chemical, biological, bacterial or chemical
Experience using standard industry software in the UK e.g. InfoWorks ICM, Flood Modeller, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, MIKE, Delft3D, SIMCAT
